When it comes to Joel Stephens, no two days are ever the same and that’s exactly the way he likes it. With over 30 years of experience in construction, he wears many hats at Center Point Construction that ranges from managing projects, estimating budgets, handling schedules, or stepping in wherever there’s a gap. He’s always ready to roll up his sleeves and get the job done.

Construction isn’t just a job for him; it’s in his blood. As a kid, he spent his summers following his dad around jobsites, learning the value of hard work and perseverance. By the time he graduated high school, he was already on a concrete paving job in Tri-Cities, Washington. What started as a summer job turned into a lifelong career that’s shaped not just his professional life but his personal life too.

Joel leads with honesty, integrity, and a strong belief in doing the right thing, even when it’s not the easy thing. He’s the kind of guy who shows up, does what he says, and always keeps his word. Whether he’s collaborating with the team or listening to a client’s needs, he’s always focused on the bigger picture of working together to make things happen.

When he’s not at work, you’ll find him with his family or serving his community. His faith and his belief in giving back are a huge part of who he is. Whether it’s lending a hand to a neighbor or spending time outdoors, he knows that building strong relationships and strong communities is what really matters.

Joel believes that every project is something to take pride in.
