Founded in 2002, Center Point Construction is a privately owned general contractor based in Northern Utah with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, design-build projects from car dealerships, retail centers, commercial remodels and a specialty in utility and earthwork. What sets us apart is our unique ability to manage projects from the ground up.  We’re not just a builder, we’re a true partner to our clients from initial design through final installation.

We’ve built our business almost entirely on word of mouth, and that doesn’t happen by accident. Clients and vendors recommend us because they know we do what we say we’ll do, we do it right the first time, and we treat their project like it’s our own. From managing timelines and budgets to handling the final details because we operate as an extension of their team.

    Construction laborer

    Pay: Hourly Starting Pay $20/hr Based on Experience

    Location: Morgan, UT/ Ogden, UT/ North Salt Lake, UT

    Schedule: Full Time Monday- Friday, occasional Saturdays

    Benefits: After 90 days, Paid Time Off, Sick Time, 401k, Medical, Dental, etc

    Qualifications

    • Must be 18 years old

    • Willingness to “dig in”

    • Prefer experience with manual labor

    • Provide transportation to/from multiple job sites

    A Day in the Life at Center Point Construction

    At Center Point Construction, our days start early, typically around 7am, with a team that shows up ready to put in an honest day’s work. Whether you’re just starting out or bring years of hands-on experience, you’ll be part of a crew that values hard work, integrity, and doing things the right way, every time.

    One day, you might be digging in a trench with the excavation crew, the next, helping prep a job site or assisting skilled trades on a custom build. No two days look exactly the same, but the expectations stay consistent: bring your best, be dependable, and take pride in the work you’re doing. Our job sites vary across Davis, Salt Lake, Weber, and Morgan Counties, so you’ll stay close to home while still getting a wide range of experience.

    We believe in high-quality work on and off the job site. That means we look out for one another, work safely, and keep things honest and respectful.  Our work schedules exclude Sundays, we strive to keep weekends open, and we’re proud to offer steady work through the winter months.  If you’re someone who feels at home in dusty jeans and boots, likes a job that keeps you moving, and thrives in a tight-knit team that values honesty, family, and quality workmanship then you’ll fit right in here.
