When you take on a project spanning over seven acres and 72,000 square feet, it’s bound to be something special. Center Point partnered with Young Automotive Group to construct their new Subaru dealership on Riverdale Road in Ogden—now one of the largest Subaru dealerships in Utah. Featured in Utah Construction & Design magazine, this project showcases Center Point’s ability to manage complex, large-scale builds with precision and purpose.
Built from the Ground Up
Before vertical construction began, the project demanded extensive site preparation. What started as more than a dozen separate parcels became one unified site through careful demolition, grading, and utility coordination. The massive two-tier retaining wall not only stabilized the site but also became one of its defining engineering achievements.
