Center Point Construction was founded in 2003 in Morgan, Utah, when Ron Hales made the pivotal decision to create a construction company that prioritized family, community, and integrity. At the time, Ron was spending too many nights away from home and missing out on making lifelong memories with his family. That experience became the driving force behind Center Point’s first company value. A company that valued an environment where its people could work hard and come home each night to the people who matter most.

From those humble beginnings, Center Point Construction has grown into a trusted general contractor serving commercial, industrial, and development clients close to home. Our name reflects what we aim to be for our clients which is a steady center point, a dependable partner and a strategic extension of their team.
